• the service requested and the description of the problem you send us;

This information is provided voluntarily. Without it, we are not able to process your appointment request.

2.2 Information collected automatically

With your consent, analytics cookies may collect anonymised browsing data (pages viewed, length of visit, device type). No analytics cookie is placed before you consent. See the About cookies page.

3. Why we use this information

• To contact you in order to confirm or schedule an appointment.
• To prepare the work to be done on your vehicle.
• To answer your questions and follow up on the service.
• To improve the website and its content, if you have accepted analytics.

Your information is never sold, rented or traded.

Since no system is infallible, we ask that you not send sensitive information through this form (social insurance number, banking details, and the like).
