• your phone number;
• your email address;
• the make, model, year and mileage of your vehicle;
• the service requested and the description of the problem you send us;
• your preferred date and preferred way to be contacted.

This information is provided voluntarily. Without it, we are not able to process your appointment request.

2.2 Information collected automatically

This site uses no analytics or advertising tools. The only information collected automatically is the technical connection logs kept by our host (see section 5) and the cookies described on the Cookie policy page.

3. Why we use this information

• To contact you in order to confirm or schedule an appointment.
• To prepare the work to be done on your vehicle.
• To answer your questions and follow up on the service.

Your information is never sold, rented or traded.

4. Consent

By submitting the appointment form, you consent to our using the information provided for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from acting on your request.

5. Sharing information with third parties

We may use service providers to operate the site:

Some of these providers may process or store information outside Quebec. We favour providers offering a level of protection comparable to what Quebec requires.

6. Retention and destruction

Information sent through the form is kept for one year, to process your request and follow up on the service provided, then destroyed or anonymised.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us against loss, theft and unauthorised access. Since no system is infallible, we ask that you not send sensitive information through this form (social insurance number, banking details, and the like).

Under Quebec law, you have the right:

• to access the personal information we hold about you;
• to have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected;
• to withdraw your consent to its use;
• to request that this information no longer be disseminated;
• to file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if you believe your rights have not been respected.
